The majority of quick meals one can make are not so healthy because they involve ingredients that have plenty of fat in them. This article will look at a few 10-minute recipes that will help you make a healthy meal for yourself

1. Egg drop soup

This is one of the healthiest soups you can make and you can whip one up in 10 minutes. Many regard this as the grown-up version of cup noodles. To make this, you need to buy some good quality stock from the supermarket.

Then you need some ovo-vegetarian to give the soup some flavor. You can add an egg to the mixture if you want to. To give it some texture, throw in some corn or any vegetables you like and it’s ready to serve. If you want to make the meal gluten-free, you can use arrowroots instead of cornstarch.

2. Cauliflower Rice

Recipes that involve cauliflower have grown in popularity over the years. This rice is not only easy to cook if you want something quick, but it is very healthy. To begin making this rice, you need to have a food processor that you will use to pulse the cauliflower in its bowl.

You need to do this for about 2-3 minutes until it looks like rice then put it on the side. Grab a separate bowl and add ginger, soy sauce, white paper, and sesame oil. Whisk it together and put it aside once again. Over low heat, grab 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat it in a medium skillet.

Throw in some eggs and cook for about 2-3 minutes each side. Leave it to cool down for a moment before cutting it into smaller pieces then set it aside once again. Grab a wok or a large skillet, heat the 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil once again but this time medium-high.

Throw in some onions and garlic to the wok or skillet then cook everything. Stir until the onions are cooked which should take around 3 minutes. When the onions are done, add carrots, broccoli, peas, and corn.

Cook for another 3 minutes until all the vegetables are tender. Then add in the eggs, soy sauce, cauliflower mixture, and cook for 3 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. When everything looks cooked after stirring, serve it.

3. Italian Chicken Wraps

If you are in a hurry, wraps are quick and easy to make. The thing that saves you time when making these wraps is you need to use pre-cooked chicken. Take the tortillas out the package, let them cool, and apply a tablespoon of mayonnaise on your wrap.

Add two tablespoons of cheese, Parmesan works best and lay some lettuce on top. Throw a tomato on top, thinly slice the skin of an avocado and add it on to it. Grab the precooked chicken and add it on top of the wrap.

Take some Italian dressing, add it to the mix plus some paper and salt for taste. Throw in some crushed croutons and basil then roll everything up for a delicious taste.
